Award to successful tenderers shall be equivalent to the conclusion of a sales contract for the quantity of sugar awarded.

(2) Bei Annahme der Angebote erteilt die Kommission dem günstigsten Angebot je Partie den Zuschlag; bei preisgleichen Angeboten erfolgt der Zuschlag für die betreffende Menge durch Losentscheid.

2. Should a contract be awarded, the Commission shall accept the most favourable tender for each lot. If two or more tenders quote the same price, the Commission shall make the award by drawing lots.
