Sofern in dieser Verordnung nicht anders geregelt, gelten die Bestimmungen der Verordnung (EG) Nr.

Regulation (EC) No 1445/95, Regulation (EC) No 1291/2000 and Chapter III of Regulation (EC) No 1301/2006 shall apply, save as otherwise provided for in this Regulation.

Vorbehaltlich anders lautender Bestimmungen der vorliegenden Verordnung gilt die Verordnung (EG) Nr.

Regulation (EC) No 826/2008 shall apply save as otherwise provided for in this Regulation.

(6) Die vorliegende Verordnung sollte mit Wirkung vom ersten Geltungstag der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1786/2003 gelten -

Die Personen müssen sich vom Arzt eine Verordnung ausstellen lassen.Mit dieser gehen sie zu ihrem Sanitätshaus. Das Sanitätshaus reicht die Verordnung bei der Krankenkasse ein.

Für die Berechnung des theoretischen und des tatsächlichen Leistungsbetrags nach Artikel 52 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b) der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 883/2004 gilt Artikel 12 Absätze 3, 4 und 5 der vorliegenden Verordnung.
