Die mit der Nachprüfung vor Ort beauftragten Bediensteten und Sachverständigen legen einen schriftlichen Prüfungsauftrag vor, in dem Gegenstand und Zweck der Nachprüfung bezeichnet werden.

The officials of the Commission and the experts authorised to carry out the on-site monitoring shall produce an authorisation in writing specifying the subject-matter and purpose of the visit.

Die Kommission unterrichtet den Mitgliedstaat, auf dessen Hoheitsgebiet die Nachprüfung vorgenommen werden soll, rechtzeitig vor der Nachprüfung über den Prüfungsauftrag und die Person des beauftragten Bediensteten.

In good time before the investigation, the Commission shall inform the Member State, in whose territory the same is to be made, of the investigation and the identity of the authorized officials.
